1. The prices
The prices indicated are per night. Rates are subject to change without notice.
2. Guarantee your reservation
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number and its expiry date. No amount will be charged when booking, payment is made directly to the hotel. Please inform the hotel in case of arrival after 6 p.m. It is customary in the hotel industry that upon arrival, the rooms are made available to customers from 3:00 p.m. and released at 11:00 a.m. on departure. If you have to cancel, please let us know in good time, respecting the cancellation deadlines. Giving a credit card number commits the customer to the hotelier and implies his acceptance of the conditions of sale. In accordance with the data-processing law and freedom of January 6, 1978, the information concerning you will remain accessible and modifiable.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel or modify your reservation free of charge until 6 p.m. on your arrival date. The deadlines are counted from the date of arrival of the customer
4. Extras
All extras (telephone, bar...) must be paid on site before departure. In the absence of payment for these services, these sums will be directly debited.
5. Insurances
The hotel will be released from all obligations in the event of an event of force majeure, or fortuitous event, occurring (strike, fire, water damage).
6. Terms of payment
Payment for services will be made upon issue of the invoice.
7. Complaints
Any dispute or complaint must be sent to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within a maximum period of 8 days after the departure of the customers. After this period, no claim can be satisfied.
