General terms and conditions of sale

The prices given are per night. Prices are subject to change without notice.

To secure your booking, we require your credit card number and its expiry date. You will not be charged when booking. Payment must be made directly to the hotel. Please let the hotel know if you are checking in after 6.00 pm. In line with hotel industry standards, rooms are available from 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 11.00 am on the day of departure. If you need to cancel, please let us know promptly, within the specified cancellation period. The guest confirms their booking and accepts the terms and conditions of sale when they provide their credit card number. Under the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and update your personal information at any time.

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 18 hours before you check in. The hours are counted from the guest’s check-in time and date.

All extras (telephone, bar, etc.) must be paid for on site before departure. Outstanding payments for these services will be automatically debited.

In cases of force majeure or unforeseen events, such as strikes, fire, or water damage, the hotel will not be held liable.

Invoices for services must be settled immediately upon receipt.

Any dispute or complaint must be submitted to the hotel by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 8 days of the guest’s departure. Complaints received after this period cannot be accepted.
